Welcome to an unforgettable adventure in Kuusamo’s winter wonderland! The safari begins at our Willis West base, where we gather in the morning. First, we’ll gear up with warm snowmobiling equipment, including socks, boots, overalls, gloves, balaclavas, and helmets. Our guide will then provide a safety briefing, covering the basics of snowmobile operation, hand signals used during the safari, and trail rules. The guide will also share details about the day’s route, carefully chosen based on current weather and trail conditions.

After the briefing, it’s time to hit the trails! Ahead lies an 80–100 km snowmobile safari, taking you away from the busiest routes and into frozen marshes, lakes, and snow-covered forests. Along the way, you’ll enjoy Kuusamo’s diverse winter scenery and have the chance to challenge yourself in varied terrain.

Lunch by the Campfire

Around midday, we’ll take a break to prepare a delicious lunch over a campfire, guided by our experienced guide. Sharing a meal by an open fire is a special moment to relax, enjoy good company, and recharge for the journey ahead. Various lunch options are available, and we can pre-select the one best suited for your group.

After lunch, we’ll continue our journey back toward the starting point. Throughout the day, our guide will share riding tips for navigating different terrains and conditions, helping your group improve their snowmobiling skills.
